• NEEDS /WANTS ANALYSIS: Every event has its own purpose, and you have an idea already in mind of what you want to accomplish. What is your budget, what is your goal, what do you envision, who will benefit, and when do you want to get started?
• THEME: We'll help plan the event that is just right for what you envision and for your budget. We get it. 
• COLLATERAL: Clients often need more than just an event. Adding collateral materials to your promotion, event, or party, is an added feature we can offer. Utilizing our resources for a number of projects ensures you receive a better price. If you'd like, we can also produce a PR plan designed especially for your event and its benefactors.
• PRODUCTION DESIGN: Along with theme development, this is a key feature to your event to make it unique. Not everything is expensive just because it creates a wonderful atmosphere.
• EXECUTION: We will prepare a timeline for you to review, complete with detailed action items that you can track as we go. 
• ON-SITE: We will man the event with our staff, volunteers, your staff, and our expertise. We will coordinate the registration, the catering on-site, the set-up and tear-down, any revenue generating activities and receipt production.
• DATABASE MANAGEMENT: Whether it's an in-house event or a large scale production, keeping track of the guests' RSVPs and organizing the database for the future is critical, and confidential. We take this aspect very seriously. 
• POST-EVENT: Finalizing your database of guests, vendors, and entrants will ensure you are ready for next year. We can coordinate all the post-event follow up letters, thank you's and receipts, as well as post-event errands.
